You must submit your insurance policy renewal dates on the J. Gérard Fortin et Associés Inc. website in the form designed for this purpose. You can also send us a letter by mail informing us of your dates. We must receive your renewal dates before August 31, 2022 midnight.
Prizes can be picked up in person at 3091 Belanger Street, Montreal, QC H1Y 1B4 or mailed to you. Winners are under no obligation to purchase or complete any event to receive their prizes. Winners must agree to have their name and city of residence published on the J. Gérard Fortin et Associés Inc. website and social media.
Our employees, our representatives, their agents and the persons with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to participate in this contest.
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
