Documents and information to provide when purchasing replacement insurance:

Copy of the purchase or lease contract if the vehicle comes from a dealership
Name of your insurer and the expiry date of your car insurance contract
If you have appraised the value of your used vehicle, we recommend that you provide us with copies of your appraisals on the internet or keep them (to protect you in the event of a total loss)

IMPORTANT

If you are transferring from a replacement cost endorsement (QEF No.43 a-e) to a replacement insurance policy (QPF No. 5), you must provide us with a copy of your previous insurance policy.
